IFAs were asked what they like and dislike about the email communication they receive from Fund Managers (so not just emails from our own service). We covered the whole spectrum of UK investment focussed professionals from large groups to single office firms. Their feedback is hugely valuable.

Interestingly, email was considered the preferred form of communication by a massive 87%, almost double the next most popular, a personal visit.
