Aberdeen Asset Management is an internationally based fund management business offering OEICs, Investment Trusts and Offshore funds.

They came to us for our broad range of email marketing services including; an email registration and database system, a fully managed service, research and consultancy.

The challenge

The Aberdeen group needs to keep investors and potential investors up-to-date with monthly fund performance information.

With a huge number of funds available in the UK, the challenge is to ensure investors only receive the performance information they are interested in.

The response

We built a sophisticated registration and profiling database allowing individuals to create their own bespoke profiles. 

ReportMail™ is integrated with this web-based CRM tool and email content is dynamically generated for each individual based on their selected profile.

The result is a highly personalised email, so although sent in one broadcast the Aberdeen group is able to communicate on a one-to-one basis.
